Sony Ericsson at MWC 2011 has unveiled their next XPERIA Android smartphone, namely XPERIA Neo. The SE XPERIA Neo is candy bar smartphones with a glossy finish and beautiful, curving lines and ergonomically to fit perfectly in yours hand. Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo also eco-friendly smartphone with partly produced from recycled plastics and meets the Energy Star level V with less power consumption.

The new Xperia is powered by 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255, a 3.7-inch touch screen display with 854x480-pixel resolution, 320 MB internal storage, a Sony Bravia graphics engine, microSD up to 32GB, an 8MP camera with an LED flash, Digital Zoom, Video calling, touch focus, geo-tagging, face and smile detection and offer HD video recording capabilities (720p), Front-facing camera (VGA), Stereo FM radio with RDS, speakerphone and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread for operating system.

For connectivity, the device is support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, DLNA, HTML browser with Adobe Flash 10.1 support, USB mass storage, 3.5 mm audio jack, aGPS, microUSB 2.0, and HDMI port for share your multimdia content with external device. Sony XPERIA Neo works on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 and has Li-Po 1500 mAh batter that provides up to 430 hours for standby time, up to 31 hours for music play and up to 6 hours 55 min for talk time. Dimensions of the handset are 4.6 × 2.2 × 0.5 inches with weight about 126.0 g / 4.4 oz.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo Android smartphone also features Sony Ericsson Timescape, Sony's Exmor R for mobile CMOS sensor that lets you capture high-quality, bright pictures and videos in poor light conditions, a virtual keyboard and access to Android market for download more than 100,000 apps with the usual Google services. The device will be available in blue, red, and silver colors and expected will be release in March 2011.
